Feel kind of foolish to come after such a long time to make nothing but an update but y'know. Tis' the way things sometime go. Lots have changed in a couple of years. Of course I have some things I've been working on during this long time that I haven't posted, sketches etc, but I haven't decided whether to post any of them yet.

There was an apt oppoturnity earlier this year for me to take a look at this old thing and give it a rehaul. It served its purpose well. After that I touched it a little bit more. It retains some of its flaws and some new flaws but this is still much closer to my vision that I had when I first started on it and left it incomplete all those... years ago (which, it sort of still is, but this time I don't think I'll be touching it again). The old wip just happened to baffle me to no ends so I had to do something about it on/off every now and then. More than anything this was a quick, good practice piece and a little test for myself. For now the old crappy version is still viewable in the scraps.

Sure. Looking at things now I should've just started from scratch and done the proper version, the one that I envisioned in my head back then but for whatever reason I had an itch to draw over this one. It'll have to do.

I will post something new next time. Promise.
